Do you have a graduation coming up? Even if not, these might be fun as an end-of-school-year surprise.
I made the cupcakes below for a friend’s daughter’s graduation, but I adapted the idea from one I found on Pinterest. I couldn’t find the exact candies suggested, so used small mints and chocolate squares to make the cap.
I didn’t have a cupcake stand so I used one of my favorite tricks. I hot glued a small glass to the platter, then glued the plate on top of it. To remove, just run the glue joints under warm water and the glue will peel right off. You can make all kinds of serving dishes with this tip!
